NIMMONS, Judge.

Sims appeals from his sentences which constituted an upward departure from the guidelines sentence range. We reverse and remand for resentencing.

Appellant pled nolo contendere to and was convicted of two counts of possession of cocaine and two counts of sale of cocaine. The guidelines sentence range was 12 to 17 years.
