In this case we consider a motion filed by the United States asking us to revoke the bond of the defendant Henry Vance. A jury has found Vance guilty on charges of conspiracy and aiding and abetting transportation of a weapon used to kill a state prosecutor in Florida. The district court denied defendant's motions for acquittal and for a new trial with regard to the jury's guilty verdict. It sentenced defendant to the maximum permitted term...
