Appeal from Revocation of Probation.

Originally, Appellant was charged by indictment with the offense of involuntary manslaughter. The indictment alleged that on August 8, 1980, Adkison, when operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated, and by reason of such intoxication, caused the death of Criss Coats.
