Before this Court is the motion of Defendant, Michigan Public Service Commission (MPSC), to dismiss the verified complaint of Plaintiff, National Teleinformation Network (NTN), which seeks an injunction compelling the MPSC and Defendant, Michigan Bell Telephone Company (Michigan Bell), to provide NTN with access to Michigan Bell's multi-caller recorded program service allowing NTN to disseminate its sexually explicit messages...
