The accused is charged with three instances of professional misconduct arising out of his representation of Virginia Frazier and her son, Eric, and the accused's failure to respond to a complaint to the Oregon State Bar (Bar) concerning that representation. A Trial Panel found him guilty of all three charges and suspended him from the practice of law for six months, with any reinstatement subject to certain conditions.
