Willie Ray Turner appeals an order of the district court1 denying his petition for a writ of habeas corpus pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 2254. For reversal, Turner argues that there was insufficient evidence to convict him of capital murder and that he was denied due process of law by the exclusion of his accomplice's hearsay declarations. For the following reasons we affirm.
