Eurovest Limited appeals an order declaring its mortgage invalid. We reverse.

David Kaplan formed Eurovest Limited, a Cayman Islands corporation, in April 1972. At the time of incorporation, Kaplan was the sole stockholder. On March 1, 1972, he and his wife executed a note and mortgage in the sum of $150,000 to the corporation encumbering their residence.
