PER CURIAM:

The defendant in this proceeding, Arbie Lee Perdue, was sentenced to life in the penitentiary for first-degree murder. On appeal he claims that the trial court erred in failing to exclude a prospective juror from the jury panel. He also claims that the State failed to introduce sufficient evidence of malice, premeditation, and deliberation to support a first-degree murder conviction.
