In this teacher tenure case, the trial court held that plaintiff, Dana Reed, was a tenured teacher in the Washington County School System at the time of his dismissal. The trial court found that defendant, the Washington County School Board [Board], had not provided plaintiff with the procedural rights upon dismissal to which he was entitled as a tenured teacher in the Washington County...
