THOMAS, Justice.

Following a trial before the court, appellant, Debra Lee Brown, was found guilty of misdemeanor theft. The trial court assessed punishment at confinement in the Dallas County Jail for 180 days, probated for six months, and a $300.00 fine. In the sole point of error, Brown contends that the State failed to prove her guilt beyond a reasonable doubt because the evidence presented did not exclude every other reasonable hypothesis except that of her guilt...
