Colfor, Inc., petitions for review of a decision of the National Labor Relations Board. The Board found that Colfor violated sections 8(a)(1) and (5) of the National Labor Relations Act, 29 U.S.C. §§ 158(a)(1) and (5), by refusing to bargain with Local Union No. 2148 of the International Union, United Automobile, Aerospace and Agricultural Implements Workers of America, because of the presence of one of the union's bargaining committee members...
