Perlie D. Workman was convicted of possession of goods and chattels which were stolen and which had been a part of an interstate shipment in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 659. Jeffrey Workman was convicted of aiding and abetting in said possession in violation of 18 U.S.C. §§ 659 and 2. Perlie D. Workman was also convicted of intimidating and threatening a witness in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 1512(b)(1). Both appellants challenge...
