These two consolidated suits involve claims for damages arising from injuries suffered as a result of a two-car collision which occurred on November 14, 1981, at approximately 8:00 P.M. The facts show that plaintiff, Altonette Davis Turner, was driving her 1977 Datsun 2-door automobile in an easterly direction on Woodyard Drive in Natchitoches, La.
