Centroplex Ford appeals from a judgment awarding damages for breach of warranty arising out of an auto repair. The suit was brought under the Texas Deceptive Trade Practices and Consumer Protection Act, (hereafter referred to as DTPA), Tex.Bus. 17.50, et seq. (Supp.1987) and was tried to a jury.
