This appeal involves the sale of Van's Beach Resort, a commercial property. Respondent Elda Brink sued appellants Richard and Violet Larson for damages or for rescission of the contract for deed, alleging fraud and misrepresentation. The Larsons brought a third-party claim for indemnity against the realtor, Amundson and Associates.
