Bill Neal Tapp appeals his jury convictions for embezzlement or misapplication by a bank officer or employee, and for the making of false entries and reports, 18 U.S.C. §§ 656, 1005, contending that the trial court erred in refusing to either quash the indictment or suppress evidence.
