Appellant was tried before a jury on two indictments, each of which alleged two counts of violating the Georgia Controlled Substances Act. The trial court denied appellant's motion for directed verdict and submitted the case to the jury. The jury returned a verdict of guilty as to all four counts and judgment was entered on the verdicts. Appellant's motion for new trial was denied and he appeals from the judgments of conviction and sentence entered...
