Plaintiff/appellee, Mignon Mouton, filed suit against Southern Pacific Transportation Company, the City of Breaux Bridge, and, by amending petition, the State of Louisiana, through the Department of Transportation and Development (DOTD). All of the defendants filed third party demands against each other and against the Parish of St. Martin. Luke Dore's suit against Mignon Mouton, for property damages, was consolidated with this suit, but the demand...
