This case is before this Court upon an appeal by Virgil Glover, the appellant, from convictions of aggravated robbery and malicious assault. The Circuit Court of Marion County, West Virginia, sentenced the appellant to consecutive terms of seventy-five years for the aggravated robbery conviction and two-to-ten years for the malicious assault conviction.
