Appellant obtained a default judgment against respondents in Maryland for $27,166.71. Appellant docketed the judgment in Dakota County, Minnesota, and $3,100 was collected through a sheriff's levy. Respondents then moved the district court to vacate the judgment, challenging the personal jurisdiction of the Maryland court over respondents.
