PER CURIAM:
This is an appeal by Charles and Elizabeth McBee from a summary judgment granted against them in the Circuit Court of Harrison County. The appellants contend that the appellees were not entitled to judgment as a matter of law and that the court erred in so finding and entering summary judgment in their favor. We agree.
