Judgment unanimously modified on the law and as modified affirmed without costs, in accordance with the following memorandum: The State appropriated a portion of claimants' property in two takings on May 28, 1981 and June 16, 1981. Only the taking of June 16, 1981 is involved in this appeal. At the hearing, claimants offered appraisal No. 3 (Girasole appraisal) into evidence contending that the State, by using data from this appraisal, had adopted it, rendering it admissible...
