PER CURIAM:

This is an appeal from a judgment of conviction, pursuant to a jury verdict, of one count of second degree murder with use of a deadly weapon. Appellant received a life sentence in prison with the possibility of parole for the second degree murder conviction, and a consecutive life term for the use of a deadly weapon.
