BEATTY, Justice.
This is an appeal by the plaintiffs, Jessie Holland and Marvin Holland, from the trial court's denial of their motion for a new trial following a jury verdict, and judgment thereon, in favor of the defendant, First National Bank of Brewton ("Bank"), in plaintiffs' action for personal injuries and loss of consortium.
