MAGILL, Circuit Judge.

Ronald A. Sablosky appeals the district court's1 order sentencing him to one year's imprisonment based on a jury verdict of perjury in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 1623. The primary issue on appeal is whether Sablosky's alleged perjured statements were material to the proceeding at which they were made. We affirm.
