This is an action against uninsured motorists with service of process upon plaintiff's insurance carrier as provided by T.C.A. § 56-7-1206(a). After entry of default judgment against the uninsured motorists, the Trial Court refused to set aside the default judgment on motion of the insurer, held that the insurer was not entitled to a trial on the issue of liability...
