This is an appeal from a judgment of the district court providing as follows:

"IT IS ORDERED, ADJUDGED, AND DECREED THAT: 1. The preliminary Injunction issued herein is made permanent. 2. Nick Neyrey, Jr., is restrained, prohibited and enjoined from engaging in general reporting or free-lance reporting in the Parish of Orleans, State of Louisiana."
