WATKINS, Judge.

Clarence Gross was charged by bill of information with theft of property valued at one hundred dollars or more, but less than five hundred dollars. LSA-R.S. 14:67. Defendant withdrew his original plea of not guilty, pled guilty as charged, and was subsequently sentenced to a term of three years imprisonment in the custody of the Louisiana Department of Public Safety and Corrections.
