PER CURIAM:

This suit for injunctive relief was brought by Appalachian Laboratories, Inc. (Appalachian), against its former employee, Steven W. Bostic, to enforce the provisions of a restrictive covenant in his employment contract. On May 22, 1986, the Circuit Court of Raleigh County issued an order permanently enjoining Mr. Bostic from engaging in the water analysis business or from soliciting customers of Appalachian, as provided in the covenant.
