SEXTON, Judge.

The defendant, James O. Pearson, was convicted by a jury of the crime of vehicular homicide. He was sentenced to thirty (30) months at hard labor and now appeals his conviction and sentence asserting three specifications of error which he contends warrant the reversal of the conviction and sentence. Finding no merit to any of defendant's contentions, we affirm the conviction.
