PREWITT, Presiding Judge.

Following trial by jury defendant was convicted of kidnapping and sodomy and sentenced as a prior offender to consecutive terms of imprisonment of 15 years for kidnapping and 20 years for sodomy. Defendant appeals.

As the sufficiency of the evidence to support the convictions is not challenged we only relate so much of the evidence as appears relevant to defendant's points claiming error. A woman testified that after making some purchases...
