OPINION

BILLINGS, Judge:

Plaintiff Roylance brought an action against Doctors Rowe and Bristow, and Mountain View Hospital for medical malpractice arising from surgery performed in June, 1981. At the conclusion of Roylance's case-in-chief, defendant Mountain View Hospital was dismissed. Subsequently, the jury found the remaining two doctor defendants not negligent and judgment was entered in favor of defendants...
