Defendant McDonald appeals the July 11, 1986, sunmiary judgment of the Fifth Judicial District Court, Madison County. The judgment voided McDonald's tax deed, validated Hudson's redemption of his property, and quieted title in Hudson against McDonald and the Madison County Treasurer. We affirm.
