JOSEPH, Chief Judge.

Appellant appeals the dismissal of his petition for a writ of habeas corpus by a judgment on the pleadings. We affirm.

Appellant was convicted on two charges of Robbery I and was sentenced to 20 years on each charge, with two ten-year minimum sentences to run consecutively. He contends that the minimum sentences, imposed under ORS 114.110,1 should be reduced by statutory good time pursuant to ORS 421.120.
