This appeal is from a declaratory judgment establishing a wrongful death judgment lien on a homestead attached prior and superior to appellants' interests. Appellants claim the trial court properly determined decedent's homestead exemption continued until his death but should have concluded the homestead descends to appellants exempt from the judgment lien.
