This is an appeal from the trial court's entry of summary judgment in favor of respondent Liberty National Fire Insurance Company. On appeal, appellants R.L.B. Enterprises, Inc. and Ronnie L. Bruch, claim Bert Bosshart, an insurance broker employed by Central Minnesota Casualty Agency, executed an insurance binder on July 3, 1985, for coverage in the amount of $162,000 and, therefore...
