Plaintiffs-appellants, Arthur and Shirley Pollack ("the taxpayers"), appeal from a judgment entered by the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan on June 10, 1986, granting the Government's motion for summary judgment and dismissing the taxpayers' complaint with prejudice.
