On July 8, 1987, Corporación de Servicios Médico Hospitalarios de Fajardo, Inc., debtor, hereinafter referred to as "Corporación", filed a motion for contempt and for violation of this court's order of April 15, 1986, directing the Department of Health of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, through its Secretary, Dr. Luis Izquierdo Mora, to turn over to debtor the Fajardo Subregional Hospital facilities...
