Appellant George M. Puthukulam commenced this personal injury action against respondent Yellow Taxi Company of Minneapolis and one of its drivers, respondent William G. Ellingson (hereinafter collectively referred to as Yellow Taxi). As one of its defenses, Yellow Taxi asserted that Puthukulam had executed a full release of his claims.
