This case is an appeal of a motion to dismiss granted by the Sixth Judicial District Court, Park County. The District Court dismissed pro se plaintiff/appellant Edward Boehm's (Boehm) complaint on grounds he failed to exhaust his administrative remedies prior to filing a claim in District Court against the Park County Tax Appeal Board and that the complaint failed to state a claim upon which relief could be granted.
