This is an action for breach of contract brought by two bankruptcy debtors, Stardust Inn, Inc. and E & G Restaurant Lounge, Inc., against Rajnikant A. Doshi. Although the case is a related proceeding, at trial the parties consented to the entry of a final judgment by the bankruptcy court. See 28 U.S.C. § 157(c)(2).
