PARKS, Judge:

The appellant, James H. Jennings, was charged by Information in the District Court of Washita County, Case No. CRF-83-4, with two counts of Manslaughter in the First Degree. A jury trial was held, and a verdict of guilty on both counts was returned. The appellant was sentenced to ten (10) years on each count, to be served consecutively.
