Mutual of Enumclaw Insurance Company appeals the trial court's finding of coverage under a liability insurance policy. Skip Wiese cross-appeals, contending the trial court erred in refusing to allow him to recover his settlement costs from Mutual in excess of the actual trial judgment. We reverse as to Mutual; we affirm as to Mr. Wiese.
