YOUNG, Judge.

Husband appeals from a dissolution judgment. He assigns error to the following provision of the judgment:

"[W]ith respect to * * * [husband's] pension program * * * to the extent that those benefits have vested and accrued on the date that this decree becomes final, that each of the parties is awarded 50% of the monthly pension payments as they become due including any future cost of living increases...
