In this appeal from a final order of the Bankruptcy Court, the issue presented is whether a trustee-in-bankruptcy may recover from property securing an allowed secured claim the rental expense of housing the property from the time of the petition to the time of the property's abandonment, and the expense of security in protecting the property.
