This is an appeal from judgment entered in favor of Chicago, Milwaukee, St. Paul & Pacific Railroad Company in a personal injury action brought under the Federal Employers Liability Act. Jondal commenced this action against the Railroad to recover damages for personal injury suffered on September 23, 1980, while in the course of his employment with the Railroad.
