EVANS, Chief Justice.

This is an appeal from a take-nothing summary judgment in a suit to enforce a monetary award in a divorce decree.

The divorce decree, signed by the court on January 4, 1984, awarded the parties' residence to the appellee, and awarded the appellant $10,000 in consideration of her relinquishment of any interest in the residence and in the appellee's retirement benefits.
