On February 27, 1985, the debtors, Arlyn V. Nett and Lois J. Nett, filed a joint petition for relief under chapter 7 of the Bankruptcy Code. Melvin Bahr and Mary Ann Bahr, plaintiffs herein, filed their adversary complaint on May 23, 1985, objecting to the debtors' discharge under 11 U.S.C. § 727(a)(2)(A) and (B) and section 727(a)(4) and, alternatively, seeking that their claim be found nondischargeable...
