Keith Bailey complains that his former employer, USX Corporation, retaliated against him in violation of Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964. Bailey alleges that the form the reprisal took was an adverse comment by a USX supervisor to Bailey's prospective employer after Bailey's termination.
