In this action, plaintiff Travelers Indemnity Company (Travelers) seeks to recover from defendants, a syndicate of insurance underwriters doing business in the Lloyd's of London marketplace, an equitable share of the expenses it incurred in defending and settling claims brought against the law firm of Hogan & Hartson.
